Intentional 180 Journal

Love it! I'm a neurodivergent girly (ADHD) on my personal development journey. I'm in a season where I am relearning myself and overall just trying to get my life together a little more. I really like the journal prompts. These are questions I would never think to ask myself. I definitely feel like it adds a healing aspect to it. And the simplicity of the journal really helps with just setting the tone for the day and organizing. Overall, I think it was worth the purchase.

This is a beautiful journal/planner that allows for more thought and dig deep for responses, as desired. The quality of the material was better than expected which makes me quite happy. Have already recommended.

The best part for me is that it's guided so I don't have think about what to write everyday. The journal prompts are questions I wouldn't think to ask myself, but are very helpful and keeps it interesting. Also, shipping was fast. I definitely recommend.

Very good quality. The daily questions to self reflect are all different. I love that about this journal. I’ve bought journals in the past and the daily questions are all the same. Pages are high quality no bleed through. There is a place marker for your page. Perfect for a gift or if you simply want to treat yourself. Would recommend.
