Living Beyond Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Facio mobile application ("Facio" or the "App"), an ADHD-focused productivity application.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Facio.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

 

 

Information We Collect

1. Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

  • Name (first and last, optional)

  • Email address (via Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google)

  • Authentication identifier from Apple or Google

  • Account creation date

 

 

2. User-Generated Content

  • Brain dump text — text you type or dictate into the app

  • Tasks and schedules — including task details, reminders, completion status, and recurrence patterns

  • Notifications — history of push notifications sent to your account

Voice Data:
Voice recordings are processed on-device using Apple’s Speech Recognition framework and are not stored or transmitted to our servers.

 

 

3. Device Information

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token — used to deliver push notifications

  • Device type and operating system version — collected for analytics

  • Crash reports — collected if the app encounters an error

 

 

4. Usage Data

  • App interactions — screens viewed, features used

  • Performance data — app load times and system performance

 

 

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide core app functionality (task creation, scheduling, reminders)

  • Process AI-generated task suggestions

  • Authenticate users securely

  • Improve app performance and features

  • Monitor and fix crashes

  • Send push notifications you have enabled

 

 

AI Processing

Brain dump text is sent securely to Google’s Gemini model via Firebase AI Logic solely to generate task suggestions.

This data is not used to train Google’s models and is processed in accordance with Google’s privacy policies.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country, including the United States, where Google Cloud infrastructure operates.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

This will permanently delete:

  • All tasks and schedules

  • Notification history

  • Associated device tokens

  • Authentication records

Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

  • Crash data — retained for up to 90 days

Do Not Track Signals

Facio does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, as the app does not track users across third-party services.
